Welcome to this, the first LedgerSoft Update. We are sending this to all our customers to update you on our recent progress, some new offerings plus some special offers we have available for you. This newsletter covers the following:

Helpdesk Update & Upgrade service available

The long awaited Version 1.4.0 of the Helpdesk modification for CubeCart v4 is now available from our Licensing & Distribution system. Here is a quick overview of the new or updated features:

  • Unlimited, configurable 'Statuses', no longer restricted to Open, On Hold or Closed
  • Auto-Close feature, configurable on a per-status basis
  • Spell Checking facility within the Admin Add Reply area
  • Create new ticket from Admin
  • Direct link to product - easily send link to a product within Ticket Reply
  • Setting for Default Status when ticket initially opened and separately, Status for when Customer replies
  • View all Tickets from User plus a Search facility for easily finding tickets
  • Print format view of both individual posts or entire ticket for Admin
  • Re-send Admin posts to user with one-click

As you can see there is a whole bunch of new features available and we strongly urge those people using the Helpdesk to get upgraded to 1.4.0. Due to the amount of changes that have taken place and the reliance a lot of our customers have upon their Helpdesk system, we are offering a professional Upgrade Service, completed by one of our developers. This is priced at just £4.95 and we'll aim to have you upgraded within 48 hours of ordering.

An even more special offer…for those people opting for the Upgrade Service and Copyright Removal, between now and 7th December, will get both for a combined fee of £18.95, saving £2.95 off list price.

SSL Certificates

SEO URLs

We are pleased to announce that LedgerSoft is able to offer a new module for CubeCart v4, which significantly improves the Search Engine Optimised URLs used throughout CubeCart v4. This new product removes the ID numbers from URL strings, including Product IDs, Category IDs and Site Document IDs.

In order to retain current search engine position the module correctly redirects users and search engines to the new URLs using a server redirect, so the new pages are found quickly, easily and correctly.

For a limited time, the module has been reduced from £32.99 to just £19.99 a saving of nearly 40%!
