Do you sell tangible goods and deal with returns, replacements and refunds? If so, the Integrated RMA system from LedgerSoft will completely streamline the way in which your customers request their RMAs, and for you as the Store Owner, how you deal with, track and respond to RMA requests.

The system is entirely integrated into CubeCart, without modifying any core files, which includes PDF Return Slips for the customer to send back with their parcels, and full status update tracking.  The client can request & monitor their RMA claims right from within their Account section of your website and from your own Admin Control Panel, you can update their RMA and notify them of any changes. You can have an unlimited number of RMA Statuses, however we have made it even easier for you to get setup & running with it as we've preloaded the system with common statuses and corresponding email updates. An unlimited number of "Return Reasons" can be put into the system too, each with a different "return charge" applicable. For instance, general refunds can have a 10% restocking fee, whilst people exchanging goods, can be charged a flat rate of £3.99. Return reasons can also be marked 'admin-only' so that customers cannot select them when creating a Return Request.

How it works

  • Customer have orders with status of "Order Completed & Despatched"
  • Via your website, customer starts a new RMA claim, selecting a previous order. The system loads in the products and quantities of items from that order
  • Customer selects which products and what quantity need returning, selects a Return Reason and fills in some more details
  • Customer submits RMA, gets an email confirming it has been entered and that a Staff Member will respond
  • RMA is flagged to you on your Admin Homepage
  • You can approve the RMA, which sends the customer an email with a PDF attachment of a Return slip
  • You can update the RMA to any other status you have setup, and are able to include internal and external (customer can see and receives in email) notes with each status update
  • You can change the 'Return Reason' to alter the Return Fee for the customer
  • The customer can at any time login to their account and check the status

Copyright Removal
With most of our mods, we offer a branded and un-branded version. For the purpose of this modification, not having the copyright removed (branded) will mean the following text displayed on the front end of the module 'Third party module for CubeCart: Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) © 2009 LedgerSoft'. The admin files always contain a small footer. Copyright removal can be purchased at a later date and automatically applied to your license, however there are often significant cost savings to have this with the initial purchase.

You will require the ability to run ionCube encoded files.

Support & Future Updates
Any updates to the software will be made available via our Licensing & Distribution system at no cost to you for as long as we continue to develop the module. We always aim to provide an email notification when a new version is released. Any bugs you may find will be looked at and resolved by our Development Team free of charge, providing it is not an environment specific issue, with your system, which we will always try and help resolve for or with you. Support is provided by Email/Ticket and LiveChat. Telephone support is not currently available.

Licensing
The module will be licensed to one specific domain. If you need to move server, IP or domain, you can reissue your license via our Self-Service licensing system, and as many times as you may desire. Discounts are available for multiple domain licensing. Please contact us for more information.

Installation Service
We aim to install all modules within 48 working hours of placing your order. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm UK time. We recommend that you complete a full backup of your site and database prior to us starting work.

Order Completion & License Issue
We manually verify all orders for potential fraud. Therefore, your order will be approved by our Customer Services team and your license/download provided at this point. During normal times, this will be up to 24 working hours. Outside of office hours, at busy times or where fraud is suspected, it may take slightly longer.
